Responding to the exhibition These Lancashire Women are Witches in Politics at Turnpike Gallery this remote reel-to-reel tape performance further explored my research into listening to, and operating in the background; things heard on the edge of attention in relation to the histories of women and the Peterloo Reform Societies in Leigh.
